Poverty Talks! Survey of Municipal Candidates Results!

Earlier in the year, Poverty Talks! hosted a series of Community Conversations, engaging people experiencing poverty about what questions they would have for those running to become part of Calgary's City Council. Our peer connections team then used that as a framework to create a survey and had sent it out to all of the candidates who had declared at the time.

Many candidates responded, and we have compiled their responses. The following PDF file contains the responses we had received, and we also acknowledge that many candidates hadn't announced their intent to run until after the survey was sent out. We graciously thank all of the candidates for their responses.

Poverty Talks! is a nonpartisan organization and this survey should not be viewed as an endorsement of any particular candidate.
